The NEBNext Companion Module v2 for Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ligation Sequencing (NEB #E7672) contains updated reagents to reflect changes in many of Oxford Nanopore Technologies updated SQK-LSK114 protocols. The appropriate device-specific SQK-LSK114 protocol from Oxford Nanopore Technologies should be followed for use with these reagents. These protocols can be downloaded from the ONT Community pages.
