We do not guarantee a specific level of supercoiled (RFI) for any plasmid but most are at or above 90% supercoiled monomer, with minor bands of either dimeric or nicked plasmid visible in some lots. Upon linearization, the only significant band is the single, monomeric, linear form of the plasmid.
