NEBNext Multiplex Oligos for MGI (Dual Index Primer Pairs Set 1) enables high-yield, multiplexed MGI library production. The carefully selected pairs of index primers (following a combinatorial dual indexing scheme) are provided pre-mixed in a 96-well plate for ease of use. The small pack (NEB #E9725S) contains 24 pairs of index primers, while the large pack (NEB #E9725L) contains 96 pairs of index primers; the S and L packs may be combined for a total of 120 index primer pairs.

  • Convenient pre-selected pairs of primers for multiplex library prep for MGI
  • Can be combined for indexing of up to 120 samples
  • Single-use, pre-mixed wells ensure maximal purity with minimal cross contamination
The primer pairs in NEBNext Multiplex Oligos for MGI (Dual Index Primer Pairs Set 1) are used to incorporate index sequences (sample barcodes) into library molecules during PCR. The addition of these sample indices enables multiplexing; Set 1 allows for the multiplexing of up to 120 samples.
