Add NEB 10-beta/Stable Outgrowth Medium to freshly transformed NEB 10-beta or NEB Stable E. coli cells and incubate for up to 1 hour before plating on selective media. This medium can also be used to dilute the outgrowth prior to plating.

Quality Control tests are performed on each new lot of NEB product to meet the specifications designated for it. Specifications and individual lot data from the tests that are performed for this particular product can be found and downloaded on the Product Specification Sheet, Certificate of Analysis, data card or product manual. Change Notifications
Effective May 2, 2022, a secondary bottle supplier has been qualified. The alternative 30 mL bottle has a different cap color and may be used for relevant pack sizes with no change in product performance or stability.
