The Monarch Spin Columns S1A and Tubes can be used to purify up to 10 µg of nucleic acid from enzymatic reactions.
Monarch Spin Columns S1A and Tubes have been designed and assembled to deliver high performance for nucleic acid purification and concentration. These columns are designed without a O-ring, eliminating buffer retention and the risk of salt carry-over contamination, resulting in highly pure nucleic acid. The tapered column design allows for elution volumes as low as 5 μl for highly concentrated nucleic acid suitable for various downstream applications. Additionally, Monarch spin columns are designed with sustainability in mind, using less plastic than conventional columns without compromising performance. There columns are compatible for centrifugation and vacuum manifold protocols and are supplied with collection tubes.
