NEBExpress Salt Active Nuclease can be inactivated after incubation at 65°C for 2 hrs, at 80°C for 1 h or at 95°C for 20 min or by adding ≥10 mM EDTA or combining 1 mM DTT with 30 min incubation at 55°C or with 0.5% SDS or ≥20 mM TCEP. Alternatively, it can be degraded with Proteinase K (NEB #P8107S) or Thermolabile Proteinase K (NEB #P8111S).
